The Kinamoto Region belongs to Violet, as well as the Legendaries Kekko-Onna, Mokukai, and Ohitsuku (though base ideas for Kekko-Onna and Ohitsuku go to Schwimm). Individual trainers and characters belong to the player of the character. Pokemon belongs to GameFreak, so on and so forth. I don't know who exactly did half of the art out there, but it's not us and we don't take credit unless we say we do.
That being said, if you find someone on this board stealing your artwork and using it outside of what your art rules are (with or without credit), PLEASE NOTIFY VIOLET and it will get sorted out. We are not the board of art stealers, and I myself find it degrading. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us know if you see it. Please?
