General Board Rules

1. No flaming. This is the act of bashing at someone or something (especially in the roleplay, but not limited to it) either because you do not like it, or simply because you can.

This goes for the 'mary sue' complex. Great, sure, characters might be more awesome versions of their players, but first off: the term has been coined as a derogatory one, and is therefore considered flaming as much as anything else, and secondly: Characters are extensions of the authors who create them. That means that if you like using the term 'mary sue,' please keep it to yourself. kthnxbye

2. No complaining to the admins/mods for the elevinty billionth time that someone's getting something better than you. They must have worked for it, and maybe you should follow the same trend.

3. Actually, just be nice to the admins/mods. They are kind of in charge of you. This goes for requests at admin/modship position. I, Violet, will ask for staff when we need it.

4. Respect everyone. We're all from different backgrounds and stuff, but we won't get anywhere if we're all angry and rude at each other. Please do not bring up (much) politics [Like if you don't like Hilary Clinton] as it could cause a dramatic debate that you can take to the PM and/or the IM systems. Everyone here is to be treated with the same respect, no matter what (unless you start breaking the rules.)

5. This is a for fun board. This isn't a board that we forced you on. If you don't like it, please leave. We aren't going to force you to be here.

6. Oh yeah. This is just as important. No preading

ointless nnoying [M]essages. It's just... pointless and annoying.

7. Follow the proboards rules when it comes to posting things. If you don't think proboards will like a link to that awesome site that you rip Pokemon shows from, then you probably shouldn't post it.

And before you ask, they don't like it.

8. You are allowed ONE account per ONE character. If you break this rule, you will be BANNED. No acceptions.

9. Images may be from anywhere really, so long as they are within the board's rules and all that. Pokemon sprites may be taken from Pokemon Elite 2000, or some other area, just make sure YOU FOLLOW THEIR RULES. If I find that you have not, you WILL BE BANNED. Any signatures or avatars that have someone else's artwork should have some form of disclaimer stating where they received the artwork from, kk?

10. New list of things that we do not allow in a positive light, for various reasons. There is absolutely no reason for any of this to be on the site, and please refrain from doing so in any way on this board. Any disobedience from this rule will result in immediate BANNING:

• Porn of ANY sort. I don't care what age, race, gender, or even species. This is not only AGAINST THE RULES to begin with, but is not tasteful for this site. Not even in the PM system, so please refrain from doing so.
  
• Any form of illegal acts, which include, but are not limited to downloading of materials without the consent of those responsible for creating the product [music, games, movies, tv shows, any of that], pyramid schemes, and drugs.
  
• Cyberbullying of ANY sort. This is a haven for those who just want to escape their lives, and, quite possibly, some form of bullying. We are all equals here, regardless of how well we write.
  
• Promotion of any material that is above the rating of PG-13. Sorry gang, that's just the way it is. The only place this does not apply is in the advertising forums simply because we cannot keep track of it all.

11. Signatures may be any size as long as they do not stretch the board. They may contain anything so long as you follow the other board rules. They may not, however, contain advertisements to any other board, unless you have adoptions or GPX Pokemon or something like that that you just want clicked.

THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIBLE. IF WE FIND YOU BREAKING SOMETHING AND IT'S NOT HERE, WE WILL STILL PUNISH YOU ACCORDINGLY. JUST HAVE FUN, OKAY GUYS?
